Engagement model

My approach is a pragmatic mix of coaching, i.e., the process of discovering and structuring the answers you already know, and mentorship, where I share my experience and tell you what to do.

We will employ a mix of live sessions, homework, and email follow-ups to maximize value. The overarching goal is to drive action, self-discovery, and accountability - assigned homework will always include creating a work plan and tracking progress against it.

I offer several ways for us to engage:

Discovery call - a quick 30-minute conversation where I can answer your most burning specific questions.
Coaching session - a structured 1-hour session focused on creating a more comprehensive action plan, tracking progress against it, and practicing specific skills such as case, code, or behavioral interview.
Co-pilot - two 1-hr sessions within a month supplemented with weekly check-ins over email. Designed to help you get through an intense period such as a performance review season or a job search.
